Extension of logread.m to accomodate QUASS specific fields

Added various fields to the logread.m function in order to be applicable to QUASS datasets. We only added the P struct fields, which are important to the evaluation and have not been yet implemented in logread.m

Functionality of logread.m regarding .seq and .log files is therefore not compromised.
