Pipeline and dcm2nii improvements

imagesc2t_MF.m was changed with a flip command to plot the MR images with the right orientation compared to clinical dcm's

FAU_APTw_Vida.m was not usable as a pipeline so far. Now you can use this pipeline (it doesnt has MOCO) for several subject datasets.

Most probably due to Siemens syngo.via changes at the VIDA scanner, create_log_from_dcm_info.m and dcm2nii_and_log_VA5060.m need to have a flag distinguishing between VIDAenhanced and Terra data. That is because after the nii conversion using dcm2niix.exe, MID strings at VIDA data are 2-3 digits longer than for Terra.
