WASABIT1 fitting, APTw 3T VIDA pipeline, logread function additions and ini file for 816D

Several improvements have been done on this branch:

  • WASABIT1 fitting (more sophisticated than in the eval_examples on the pulseq-CEST git) as well as imgui implementation
  • for the Tumor project, a 3T pipeline was introduced that does WASABIT1 and APTw evaluation
  • logread.m was extended for different pulseq versions
  • ini files for Siemens CEST product sequences 816D are going to be added in the next commit
