7T comprehensive CEST: sequence and evaluation code

7T comprehrnsive CEST (https://analyticalsciencejournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/nbm.5096) .pro, .pdf and pulseq files (only CP) have been added to this GIT.

Evaluation code is right now realized in a MATLAB code, calling neural network .exe files (deepCEST & PICAE) as well as analytic CEST evaluation.
