x11-misc/dmenu: mark package as unstable

Mark package as unstable, so emerge won't automatically try to install dmenu from the git sources if there are stable versions available in the official gentoo repositories.

This is linked to #1 (closed) - one may consider to revive the git repository or use the 9999 version from the gentoo repositories.
